- 1 hour communal sauna session
- Up to 6 guests total
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early, ready to sauna
- Pre-session introduction from your sauna host
- Changing room available
- Drinking water provided
- Cool down in our cold plunge bath or waterfall bucket
- Sauna host on site at all times
- Please respect the relaxation of other guests
- Loose natural fibre clothing or swimsuit.
- x1 cotton towel to sit on
- x1 towel or dry robe for after your session
- Flip flops
- Water bottle
- Avoid alcohol before your session
- Drink water before and after
